Join the Dovorany Kids Club!

To become a member of the Dovorany Kids Club, you must be under the age of 10 and have already seen Dr. Dovorany for an examination. If Dr. Dovorany does not think treatment is needed at this time, you are eligible to become a Kids Club Member. You will receive a welcome letter and a questionnaire from our office that you need to fill out and return to us.

As a member, you will receive a Membership Card and a welcome packet. In addition, you will receive a fun-filled package of surprises. We have over 100 Kids Club members that receive a flyer each month about our monthly contest. When they send back their contest to our office, they are entered to win great prizes like movie passes, ice cream certificates, lava lamps, CD walkmans, and many others!
