Patients are seen by appointment only. Please call well in advance so that we may reserve a time for you. Keep in mind that our appointments are usually booked six to eight weeks in advance. Our office phone numbers are:

If you cannot keep an appointment, please notify us immediately. If possible, please give us 24 hours notice. This courtesy on your part makes it possible for us to give your appointment to another patient.

With our scheduling system, we have several goals. We want:

• To see you on time for your appointment
• To have plenty of time during each appointment to do the necessary treatments and to give you information about the treatment
• Answer any questions or concerns you may have
• To work with you around your school and work hours as much as physically possible
